F1i Driver Ratings for the 2026 Canadian Grand Prix

Esteban Ocon, Haas (P14) – 5/10

Ocon spent his Sunday fighting his own car rather than his rivals. A persistent brake-locking issue plagued his Haas from lights to flag, costing him an estimated second per lap in pure performance. Unable to attack or defend effectively with smoking front tyres, he was left helplessly trundling around well outside the points-paying positions.

Gabriel Bortoleto, Audi (P13) – 4.5/10

Bortoleto’s race was effectively compromised before it started. As one of seven drivers to gamble on intermediates, Audi was left praying for a downpour that never arrived. Once forced onto the back foot, the Brazilian drove a fairly anonymous recovery race. A roll of the dice that simply didn’t yield the desired double-six.
