F1i Driver Ratings for the 2026 Bahrain Grand Prix

Oscar Piastri, McLaren (P6) – 7/10

Piastri drove a sensible, low-risk race on a day when McLaren lacked absolute pace. Recognizing the mistake of starting on slicks, he aborted early, and a timely Safety Car helped him recover lost track position. While he lacked confidence on his initial inter stint, he found a strong rhythm late in the race to secure sixth. Efficient damage limitation.

Isack Hadjar, Racing Bulls (P5) – 7.5/10

Despite suffering from battery deployment issues during restarts that made him a sitting duck on the straights, Hadjar drove with immense grit. Pushed down the grid due to a penalty, he carved forward and defended stoutly against faster cars late on. Missing the podium hurt, but fifth place under severe technical handicaps is an impressive drive.
