Spent the early phase lagging behind his teammate until a terrifying structural failure launched him violently into the barrier. The rating reflects another subdued, low-wattage stint in Mexico, but the principal victory of the day was seeing him step out of the wreckage completely unscathed.
Oliver Bearman, Haas (DNF / P19) – 6/10
Bearman was quietly building a respectable afternoon near the points boundary after a disappointing Saturday. He did absolutely nothing wrong on Sunday, acting as innocent collateral damage when an over-enthusiastic veteran clobbered him from behind. Tough luck for the youngster, who deserved better.
