The only update on display in Shanghai was Force India's testing of two vanes added in the floor area during Free Practice 2 (compare yellow arrows). Being that the diffuser is quite similar to the latest 2017 spec, this suggest the VJM11 could have flow separation issues in the coke-bottle area.
