HAAS CLOSE TO AND FAR FROM FERRARI
As can be seen (blue arrow), the American car has retained the angled installation of the intercoolers, no longer used on the Ferrari SF71-H.
The Ferrari 062 EVO engine retains the same architecture as last year’s V6. The water-to-water intercooler is atop the rear part of the engine (reds arrows). The rectangular-shaped element is hugged by the pipework that channels the air to the compressor.
