Daniel Ricciardo - DNF: 8/10
The Red Bull was not expected to suit the Sochi circuit and qualifying highlighted how tough a race it would be, but Ricciardo got everything out of his car having taken his pit stop under the safety car after Grosjean crashed. Pulled an exceptional move on Carlos Sainz through turns 2, 3 and 4, and was then impressive staying ahead of Bottas and Raikkonen for a number of laps before being unfortunate to suffer a suspected suspension failure when on for strong points.
