Raikkonen was having one of his stronger weekends after a solid qualifying performance and good start left him running in third place. However, he was slow to react on both restarts, losing the tow from the car ahead and making him a sitting duck for Bottas before Vettel robustly passed on the second occasion. Was indecisive when he had a chance to pass Bottas straight after his pit stop, and then rash in trying to overtake from a long way back in to Turn 4 on the last lap. It was an accident a driver of his experience should not be having.
