The Iceman was in a similar position to his fellow Finn. If not for a minor wobble on his Q3 flyer, he maybe could’ve disposed of Hamilton. Fourth on the grid, fourth into turn one and fourth at the flag sums up Kimi’s Sunday drive. He did close up on the championship leader late in the race, but his tyres and the tight circuit configuration prevented a passing attempt.
