Stoffel Vandoorne (P14) : 5/10
Stoffel bested his team mate in all three practice sessions, but had a shock absorber issue prior to qualifying. P14 for the Belgian, but Fernando slotted in P7. After another mediocre launch off the line, the Belgian had an agonizingly long pit stop that put him behind Magnussen. Despite being much quicker there was no way around the Dane on the tight confines of the Monaco layout.
