Carlos Sainz, Williams (P17) – 5/10

A brilliant launch off the line briefly hinted at something special, momentarily rocketing him into the top ten. Unfortunately, that was the high-water mark as his race pace dissolved quicker than morning mist. Helpless against a charging midfield, he drifted backwards before a post-race penalty for unlapping confusion capped off a thoroughly deflating Sunday afternoon. A energetic start, but ultimately a very leaky bucket.
