After scraping his way through Q1, Dan got caught out when Stroll went off in Q2. And if that wasn’t enough, Ericsson tried to run over him at turn one in the race, a contact that dropped him down four spots. Using practically the same move over and over at turn one, the Honey Badger steadily moved through the field, edging Bottas on the final lap but finishing just off the podium in one of his best drives so far this season.
