The Hungaroring isn’t a disadvantage for those lacking power. The Gas-Man put in a spectacular qualifying effort to slot in P6 on the grid, the best placed driver among the bulls by the way! Once Verstappen had pushed Sainz out of his way at turn one, Pierre was by himself and it had to feel good not to be lapped by the top teams and score a fist-full of points.
