Toro Rosso's lack of top speed was evident throughout the weekend and that was always going to make progress tough in Mexico. Starting form the top ten, Sainz was penalised - somewhat unfairly in my opinion - for forcing Fernando Alonso off track. The five-second time penalty eventually cost him a place to Nasr at the flag as the Toro Rosso could not make any progress with the 2015-spec Ferrari power unit.
