Esteban Gutierrez - 11th place - 7.5/10
Gutierrez felt hard done by in qualifying as the yellow flags - ironically one for his team-mate Romain Grosjean’s crash - prevented him having a shot at a Q3 spot. Didn’t make much progress at the start and overheated his tyres as he pushed to catch Magnussen, costing him time towards the end of his stints. Was criticised by Toto Wolff for holding up the leaders in the closing laps but didn't appear to do much wrong and managed to hold off Felipe Massa in a faster car in the final stint.
