Pascal Wehrlein - 16th place - 7.5/10
Running so far back in an uncompetitive car meant very little of Wehrlein's race was shown, but he impressed by holding off Ericsson for half the race. The Sauber had been 1.2s quicker in qualifying but Wehrlein’s standout performance was to make a set of ultrasofts last 25 laps at the end of the race to keep Ericsson - on soft tyres - at bay. Small wins, but another example of why Mercedes rates him so highly.
