Daniel Ricciardo - 2nd place, 18 points - 9/10
It’s a high-scoring week thanks to a number of impressive drives, with Ricciardo at his best hunting down Rosberg late on. The Red Bull driver had remained a threat throughout the race and was just three seconds behind Rosberg when he was called in for his late pit stop, but his stunning out lap was enough to undercut the race leader if Mercedes responded. From then on he needed to produce a string of qualifying laps and duly did so, but the supersoft tyres wouldn’t quite hold on for him and he fell just 0.4s short in a thrilling finale.
