Kevin Magnussen - 12th place - 6.5/10
A somewhat strange weekend for Magnussen, who was outperformed in qualifying by team-mate Palmer but delivered the stronger race. Struggled to manage his tyres and a one-stop strategy evolved into a three-stop, but was able to stage a late charge from 14th to 11th in the closing laps on supersoft tyres. Part of that stint saw him pass Kvyat at Turn 12 but Magnussen went off track to do so and was handed a five-second time penalty which cost him the place at the flag.
