Felipe Massa - 7th place, 6 points - 7.5/10
A tough end result for Massa who really should have been fifth. Verstappen's retirement came just after Massa had pitted and the resulting VSC meant an eight-second advantage over Sainz became a deficit as the Toro Rosso managed to pit while the race was neutralised. Williams turned Massa's engine down as it could see Sainz's tyres were degrading more quickly and would provide chances at the end of the race, but Alonso's robust move led to a puncture for the Brazilian and limited him to seventh.
