Esteban Ocon (disqualified): 8/10
Once again, and with a still uncertain future, Esteban just did his job. A strong P6 in Q3 ran his advantage over Perez to 14-4 following what he described as "a near perfect" lap. He played it smart at the start, but was passed by Sainz. He never had the pace to stay with the Renaults and had to keep one eye in his mirrors as Magnussen and Checo waged their battle behind him. Four more points… before his exclusion for a fuel flow infringement on the opening lap of the race. These rules at the expense of the drivers are becoming tiresome.
