Kvyat can take heart from his qualifying performance even if his race was a massive letdown. Impressed on Saturday and delivered clean laps to start from sixth place after Perez’s penalty. Went backwards quickly and was 12th after the fourth lap, with the car handling poorly. Tried to rejoin but retired on the following lap with a rear suspension problem.
