Antonio Giovinazzi (P11): 6/10
Antonio Giovinazzi's weekend was derailed by Alfa Romeo's technical problems on Friday which minimised their track time and after that it was an uphill battle to get back on an even footing. While he failed to make it out of the first round of qualifying, he missed the cut by just a tenth and a half and from 16th on the grid he put in a solid evening's work to rise up to 11th despite clashing at one point with Daniil Kvyat. Ultimately he just missed out on a championship point when the late safety car prevented him from having a go at Perez for position.
