F1i's Driver Ratings for the 2019 Bahrain GP

George Russell (GBR) Williams Racing FW42 passes David Beckham (GBR) Former Football Player.

George Russell (P15): 6/10
It was another solid performance from rookie driver George Russell. he did nothing to criticise or complain about all weekend, but simply kept his head down and did the most that was possible with the Williams FW42. Which unfortunately is not a great deal right now, although we should at least note and commend its reliability given that both cars made it to the end of the race for the second race in succession. Just ask at Enstone how they would like that sort of reliability right now! Russell once again beat his more experienced team mate Robert Kubica in every session as well as in a couple of entertaining battles on the track in the race itself. He was also busy charming the media in the F1 paddock, with positive coverage almost as important to the team at the moment as fresh car components. Unfortunately, both are in very short supply.
