Sergio Perez (P10, 1 pt): 7/10
Racing Point was looking far from being in rosy good health this weekend and was struggling for pace all weekend. Sergio Perez' grid place of 14th was entirely representative of the team's performance as a whole. But the Mexican is an experienced campaigner, and he knows how to make lemons into lemonade when necessary. Despite issues with overheating brakes and debris blocking his cooling ducts, he knuckled down and converted this unpromising scenario into a championship point at the end of Sunday. He was even bullish enough to suggest that he could have doubled his points haul by catching and passing Alex Albon if not for that pesky safety car in the final laps of the race.
