Carlos Sainz - DNF - 7/10
The misfortune at Toro Rosso really does appear to fall on Sainz’s side of the garage more often than not. Already behind team-mate Verstappen, Sainz was hit by Perez in to Turn 1 at the start of the second lap and suffered a puncture which he had to carry for a full lap. The floor was damaged as he limped to the pits and after going a lap down Sainz’s car was eventually retired when no chance to get back in to the race appeared.
