Honouring Bruce McLaren's legacy

RD Picture of the Day

Yesterday was Ron Dennis' 68th birthday. An F1 mechanic for Cooper and Brabham in the 1960s, the Briton became McLaren's team principal in 1981 and helped further cement the Woking-based outfit's reputation as one of the biggest powerhouses in the sport. Under his stewardship, McLaren has won 10 Drivers' championships and seven Constructors' championships.
