Before Hulkenberg, the last active F1 driver to have taken part in the Le Mans 24 Hours is none other than Sebastien Bourdais, who finished second for Peugeot in 2009 when he was still racing for Toro Rosso. It was a bitter result for Bourdais as Peugeot froze the positions of its two 908s on Sunday morning, preventing the driver - who is from Le Mans - to fight for victory until the end.
