When filming Formula One in the 1960s, something a little bigger than a GoPro was required. Check out the huge camera mounted on a side support in order to shoot scenes for the film 'Grand Prix', the masterpiece from John Frankenheimer (produced by Metro Goldwyn Mayer in 1966). The BRM is being driven by actor James Garner, and the resulting shots were still spectacular.
