You won't find any fans more passionate about their motorsport than the ones in Japan, so it's such a shame that they are routinely so sorely tested by the weather that gets thrown at them at Suzuka.
These hardy souls waited out the whole day without a complaint, and at least they were rewarded with some on track action for their pains unlike other wet weekends were the cars have stayed resolutely tucked up inside the team garages. But we're not entirely sure how much these fans were really able to enjoy themselves in the humid, wet and thoroughly miserable weather that blighted both Free Practice sessions on Friday.
Of course, it wasn't just the fans in the grandstands that were suffering. As you can see from the bonus picture below, the professional photographers working trackside weren't having any better time of it either!
