He never raced an F1 car but Jo Ramirez is without doubt the second most popular man in Mexico City behind local hero Sergio Perez.
The renowned former mechanic worked his way up through the ranks of Grand Prix racing, from wrenching on the cars of the Rodriguez brothers in the 1960s to managing one of the biggest teams on the grid, McLaren.
Ramirez retired from F1 after four decades at the pinnacle of motorsport but remains a racer at heart who never misses an opportunity to visit the paddock, in Mexico, Spain or Monza.
