Well before becoming a well-known figure in the Formula One paddock as Red Bull’s team principal, Christian Horner was one of the hottest properties amongst Britain's up-and-coming talents. Having learned the ropes in the 1992 British Formula Renault championship, Horner graduated to Formula 3 the following year (he is pictured here behind the wheel of the Honda-powered Reynard he drove for P1 Engineering). Horner’s racing career went as high as Formula 3000 where he spent a couple of seasons. He then took the helm of the Arden team, which would serve as a stepping stone for Red Bull's young driver development programme. And the rest is history.
