Time for change
F1 has to start afresh after a terrible 2014 season, and this can only be done by combining several positive stories that will attract the general public, not only the nostalgic fans who are still focused on the 70s and the 80s. It will be good for F1 as a whole, not only for its promoter, and it will raise its profile at a time when F1 rulers and players cannot afford to turn away any opportunity to save it. Remember, this remains a great show, although it is less and less perceived as a sport now by the general public. But it is never too late to act in the general interest, especially if it is a good way to test a number of reasonable solutions in the perspective of 2016 and 2017.
