STRIATED RIMS
Rear wheel rims are striated on the RB13, probably in a bid to improve cooling of the larger rims. One can remember that Mercedes used to have what F1 technical expert Craig Scarborough described as a “cross-cut pattern” on the inside rim a few years ago. Interestingly, the Ferrari SF70H features a similar solution.
