Wehrlein complained about his engine from one session to the next, qualifying Saturday shotgun on the field. With nothing to lose, his 2016 Ferrari V6 was replaced prior to the start. Pascal had a scare on lap one when he ran over debris, but nothing major. With a woefully uncompetitive car, he kept his head down to finish the GP.
