FERRARI’S UNDER-NOSE JOB

The Scuderia added a couple of winglets under the nose of its SF16-H, in the wake of the turning vanes. These extra fins serve the same purpose as the ‘batwing’ device featuring on the Mercedes and Red Bull, i.e. to channel the airflow towards the lower part of the sidepods, while also helping create strong Y250 vortices
