Historically, Monaco has always been Formula 1's slowest circuit and a venue where teams exploit downforce to the max.
In 2001, Arrows showed up in the Principality with an impressive winglet mounted on the nose of Jos Verstappen's its A22, a solution that put the team on the ragged edge of the sport's technical regulations.
The FIA took one look at the ungraceful and unorthodox assembly and, unsurprisingly, Â banned it almost immediately.
