Alpine's special delivery for Romain Grosjean

The Alpine F1 team's freight traveled to Miami with an extra crate among its cargo destined for a special addressee.

Ahead of next weekend's Miami Grand Prix, Andretti Autosport's Romain Grosjean, who now lives in the US with his family, asked his former Enstone outfit if it could add his collection of F1 trophies to its Florida-destined payload.

As a testament to his hard work and dedication, the IndyCar charger - who finished second last weekend with Andretti in Alabama - couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and joy wash over him as he was reunited with his gleaming silverware.

"Thank you @alpinef1team for bringing my @f1 trophies home," he wrote on Instagram. "So proud to show them to my kids".
