Stoffel Vandoorne (P14) : 6/10
After back-to-back seventh place finishes in Singapore and Sepang, Stoffel came a bit back down to earth at Suzuka. Thanks to penalties handed to Alonso and Räikkönen, he started ninth, but was forced to go wide to avoid Kimi at Turn 1, and that was pretty much it for the Honda-powered Belgian. His fourth quickest lap in the race was a meagre consolation for a driver who wanted to give the Japanese fans more to cheer for.
