Graeme Lowdon says he has unfinished business in Formula One and hopes to return in future ahead of his final race with Manor.
CEO Lowdon and team principal John Booth will both leave Manor after next weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix having resigned due to a disagreement with team owner Stephen Fitzpatrick. Lowdon has promised not to seek other work before the end of the season but told F1i he still has more targets in the sport.
"There's a lot of things I would still like to achieve in Formula One. Formula One is incredibly fast-moving so I've got a lot of very relevant experience. Being involved first-hand and seeing how the sport has developed and changed in the last six years or so, I think that's quite useful and relevant experience.
"It would be nice to do something but I've got no real thoughts or objectives because I just haven't thought about it yet."
And Lowdon is looking forward to the potential of being able to explore a number of different avenues for his next challenge.
"Now that we're in a position to actually talk to people I've only really just started to think about it. I'll have a good think over the next couple of weeks and a few thoughts in Abu Dhabi and just see where to go from there really, no plans as yet.
"No plans as yet but equally nothing is off-limits if you like. So it will be quite interesting to look around, I haven't done that for quite a few years now so it will be an interesting thing to do."
