Charles Leclerc is brimming with anticipation to discover the secrets behind the long-standing success of his future Ferrari teammate Lewis Hamilton.
The Monegasque will be joined by the seven-time world champion at the Scuderia next season in what promises to be the most formidable line-up in Formula 1 in years.
Leclerc sees the opportunity to compete alongside Hamilton as a chance not only to gain insight into the Briton’s strengths but also to elevate his own performance.
"I will be super curious to see what he has done right for all his career to have had all the success that he's had," Leclerc said in an interview with The Race.
"He has very little weaknesses - well actually, I don't know any weaknesses of Lewis. He's a super strong driver, always there, super fast, super consistent.
"It will be super interesting for me to learn from Lewis, as much as showing what I am capable of in the same car as Lewis. These two things motivate me a lot."

Although Leclerc is no stranger to competing alongside a multi-world champion, having outperformed Sebastian Vettel during their time as teammates at Ferrari, he acknowledges that internal competition from strong drivers has been a driving force in his career.
"Since I got into Formula 1, I have been very lucky," Leclerc added.
"Instead of thinking that I wish I had a number two driver as a teammate, I have always thought it is so much better to have the best as your teammate.
“I have had very, very fast teammates who have pushed me forward, and with Lewis I will learn a lot as well."
With Hamilton’s arrival at Ferrari in 2025, Leclerc sees a golden opportunity to grow as a driver and push his own limits while competing against one of the sport’s legends.
As both drivers prepare to embark on this new chapter, the partnership between Hamilton and Leclerc promises to be one of the most fascinating storylines of the upcoming season.
