It’s been tough going for the Honey Badger, who hasn’t been to the podium since his Monaco triumph. He turned up at Monza with Renault’s latest upgrade and knew he’d start at the dull end of the grid. He came in on lap 1 to swap over to the super-softs, but got held up in traffic, most notably by his RBR replacement Gasly, and Leclerc. He was almost in the points when his Spec-C unit gave up the ghost. Danny Ric could well receive another sanction for Singapore.
