Kevin Magnussen (P18): 2.5/10
Kevin Magnussen accrued what must be close to a record number of penalties for a single weekend in Miami and is now teetering on the edge of a mandatory one race ban. And frankly, he deserves it - not least for punting Logan Sargeant into the wall to bring out the sole safety car on Sunday, which had such a huge impact on the outcome of the race. We get that he was acting in the interests of the team with his shenanigans in the Sprint, but his performance in Sunday's Grand Prix made it look like the Dane had forgotten the basics of being behind the wheel. He needs to sit down and reset rather than approaching every weekend like a poor quality 'hit and run' video driving game.
Lance Stroll (P17): 6/10
Credit where it's due, Lance Stroll out-qualified Fernando Alonso not once but twice in a single weekend. That's no mean feat against such an experienced and talented team mate. However at the same time, at no point did he look like getting into the points when it came to the two races. He was involved in the first lap incident at the start of the Sprint and retired, and then on Sunday he was caught out by the timing of the virtual and physical safety cars and picked up a penalty for an illegal overtake on Alex Albon. He's had better days.
