TORO ROSSO’S ARCHED SIDEPOD VANE
The Toro Rosso STR11’s sidepod vane has also been modified; it now arches over and extends horizontally until it merges with the first of the two winglets sitting astride the sidepod. The design is not new though – all the other F1 cars also have it save the Manor MRT05 –, which only confirms that aero concepts tend to converge under stable technical regulations.
