POSTPONED DEBUT
Expected for a long time, the Toro Rosso package could only be tested in the rain in free practice by Pierre Gasly (only one set of the new kit was available in Austin). Insufficiently evaluated, it was therefore left aside for qualifying and the race.
The new package includes a front wing with revised endplates, and new panels near the sidepods, consisting of three elements instead of two (compare the yellow arrows).
