On a fast track like Spa, which will also be the case at Monza, with an outdated motor, the Saubers have no chance. Only penalties to others will keep them off the last row. After his team mate retired, Ericsson worked hard to keep it all tidy. He put in some decent times in sector two (the slowest). Making it to the finish was all he could hope for, logically in last place.
