Stoffel Vandoorne (P13) : 5/10
These are difficult times for the former GP2 champ. Stoffel was again slowest in Q1. On Sunday, he lingered at the back and had an engine alert that the team was able to sort out. From there he drove a decent race and stayed out when many others came in too early to switch to wet weather rubber, but it just wasn’t enough to deliver a top-10 finish. He will likely be under the gun again this week in Hungary to show his team he still deserves his race seat.
