Liam Lawson, RB (P16): 5.5/10
Liam Lawson was comprehensively outperformed by his RB team mate Yuki Tsunoda this weekend. Starting from P14 after an unproductive qualifying, the Kiwi never managed to crack the top ten on Saturday night. His most eye-catching moment of the weekend came when he found himself running in a three-wide fight with Sergio Perez and Kevin Magnussen on lap 38. After that, his second pit stop dropped him to 17th only partially redeemed by a late overtake on Esteban Ocon before the chequered flag. Not much to write home about, and not a great advert for Lawson's hopes of a full time ride in 2025.
Lance Stroll, Aston Martin (P15): 6.5/10
It proved a problematic weekend for Lance Stroll, but it's not really been the driver's fault. He suffered ERS issues on the AMR24 on Thursday night which also affected his qualifying performance, leaving him dead last. Then on Saturday he suffered further problems with the radio connection to the Aston Martin pit, meaning that when he came in for his first pit stop they weren't ready for him. He somehow overcame these issues to finish in 15th having started from the back, which is about as much as Stroll could have been hoping for in the circumstances.
