Gabriel Bortoleto, Kick Sauber (P14): 5/10
The only noteworthy event that took place during the Monaco Grand Prix for Bortoleto was his crash on the opening lap at Turn 8, which followed a superb overtake on Antonelli at the Hotel hairpin. It was an odd one; he blamed the Mercedes driver for sending it up his inside but no contact was made between the pair. Perhaps he just got spooked by the Mercedes driver’s sudden appearance and found the barriers. Luckily, the Brazilian was able to reverse out and continue with the race. Despite pitting three times, he finished ahead of his teammate, which is to be commended.

Franco Colapinto, Alpine (P13): 4/10
Plum last during qualifying shows that Colapinto still hasn’t gotten the hang of the Alpine A525, although he is only two race weekends into his career at the French outfit. The Argentine got both of his pitstops out of the way by the end of lap 27, and eventually closed in on the rear of the midfield train halfway through the Grand Prix. This is where he remained until the chequered flag with no chance for points, but he should be decently happy to gain seven positions from his starting grid slot.
