F1i Driver Ratings for the 2025 São Paulo Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton, Ferrari (Retired lap 37) 3/10

Hamilton's Sunday drive turned into a grim procession of pain, beginning with a Lap 1 rear-end into Colapinto's Alpine that mangled his front wing and floor, slapping him with a five-second penalty for good measure. He soldiered on, limping through the mid-race mire before the damage proved too much, retiring to the pits amid a self-admitted prolonged "nightmare”. Seven world titles just can’t save his scarlet flop.

Yuki Tsunoda, Red Bull (P17) 4/10

Tsunoda clawed through the early wreckage with his trademark fire, only to be reined in by a five-second track-limits penalty that turned his midfield momentum into a frustrating fade to P18. The Red Bull swap mid-season promised sparks, but this felt like aggression adrift—overzealous moves met unyielding asphalt, leaving him yo-yoing behind the pack. Effort fiery, execution – including from his team – a farce. The writing’s on the wall, Yuki.
