Sebastian Vettel - 3rd place, 15 points: 7.5/10
Fresh from a dominant win in Singapore, Vettel was realistic enough not to expect a repeat and was even beaten by Valtteri Bottas in qualifying after Ferrari struggled on Saturday morning. A good recovery gave Vettel a strong car and he dispatched Bottas at the start but didn’t have the pace to match Hamilton. Perhaps didn’t get everything he could have out of his tyres around the second pit stop phase when Rosberg jumped him, but still secured another podium and third was realistically the best the car was capable of in the face of a resurgent Mercedes.
