Esteban Ocon, Haas (P14): 5/10

Ocon was the last of the trio of drivers to attempt to make a set of hard tyres last pretty much the entire duration of the race. Unlike Bortoleto and Doohan however, Ocon showed his experience by gently bringing his white-walled tyres into play, wearing them away gently to maintain adequate grip for the rest of the Grand Prix. Nevertheless, it was a weekend to forget for Ocon, who couldn’t match the pace of his younger teammate.

Oliver Bearman, Haas (P13): 5/10

Not quite sure what to say for Bearman. His highlight was far outqualifying teammate Ocon yet again; considering the Jeddah Corniche Circuit is heavily driver-dependent this speaks particularly highly of the ability of Bearman behind the wheel. However, the race was a lonely one for the British teenager, and he was never in contention for points.
